What we collect

Your email address, only if you type it into the signup form. It goes to beehiiv, which sends the newsletter, and is used for nothing else. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you.

Standard server logs. This site is hosted on Vercel, which records requests — IP address, page, timestamp — as any web server does. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect

• No analytics or tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics on this site.
• No advertising or third-party marketing pixels.
• No accounts, so no passwords and no browsing history tied to a person.
• No selling or sharing of your details. This is not a lead-generation site.

Saved contractors are stored in your own browser and never reach us.

Contractor information

Listings are compiled from public state licence registers and from what each business publishes on its own website. If you are a contractor and would rather not be listed, say so and you will be removed — no reason needed. Corrections are handled the same way: tell us and we will fix it.
